Arrival at Destination for 8 days

Hello, when i track my parcel it says "Arrive at destination" since 11/09. Does that mean they think it has been delivered to me ? Because i received nothing.

I ordered on January 25. Tracking shows "Arrival at Destination" on February 25, which according to tracking is the same place as the processing centre. But it's now March 9 and I have not received my package on the other side of the country (Canada). The seller will not respond to any contact attempts.
How is this "destination" when I haven't received it? What processing centre, and what carrier? Canada Post has no record of this item being received, and it still needs to come to my address. When can I expect it?

It's still not received by Canada Post. You'd better wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

It's now March 17th. There is still no record at Canada Post of this item. The seller is unresponsive. Their payment processor is not able to do any resolution. All the tracking says is "Arrival at Processing Centre" and then "Arrival at Destination" (at the same date and time). But it is not at the destination, because I don't have it. I want my product or my money, but it's starting to look like this is entirely a scam.

It was in the middle location on Nov.9. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Netherlands.
