I ordered on 27 November.
Website says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London and take 6 - 10 days. However, if you pay for Express shipping, you will receive the order in 3 - 6 days.
I paid for express shipping.
When I got notification that the order was despatched, it stated that the order was coming from China.
I followed the parcel, using the tracker.
After a few days, the tracker showed that the parcel was out for delivery at 2130 on 5 December.
When I checked the tracker on 7 December, it said the parcel was delivered at 2304 on 6 December.
I have not left the house all week, and my security cameras have not recorded anyone coming to the house. Nor have any of my neighbours received my parcel.
Where is my parcel?

According to all the trackers, my parcel was delivered at 2304 on Wednesday 6 December.
This is not true. I have not left the house all week. No neighbours have taken in a parcel for me. My security camera has not recorded anyone coming to the house.
Where is my parcel, and when will I receive it?
Note: I ordered the item on 27 November, and paid extra for express delivery, in order to ensure that I would receive the parcel in the 3 - 6 days stated on the seller's website (the website also says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London. Obviously, this did not happen, and the order was shipped from China).

I have tracked this item and it states it has been delivered. it has not been delivered. I have not received it. I was in all day and no delivery came on the 20th November. I have also checked my CCTV and nothing was delivered. I have checked with all my neighbours, no delivery has been received. I have paid for an order which states delivered when tracked but I have NOT received the delivery. I have contacted the seller and they said they can’t help.
