Hello,
According to the tracking information on 13/11/2024 our package from Speediance should have arrived at its destination: Gandola, Via Aldo Moro 1A, 22020 Pognana Lario, Italy.
However the people on site can't seem to find it. I would like to verify who received the package and signed for it. Could you give me this information please?

We could only see it was delivered on Nov.13, 2024. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
