My SHEIN order with tracking number AG033754057CN is showing for awaiting collection. But I don’t know where to pick up and I need my parcel asap . Pls hlp

Hi Amandeep,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address to pick up. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
