Beware Scam

I read up on Track718 and saw a lot of comments regarding being a scam. That you never get your package. I ordered on Oct 23rd and now I get tracking update that order was delivered. There should be a way to get your money back and actions taken.. Once you pay, and receive your tracking information it's coming from China. Based on the reviews and comments, I will never get what I ordered or my money back .

What if my package still shows occasional updates and they already refunded me where's the scam there? Are they stealing credit card info? Should I change my card?

I ordered some propane heaters. Track 178 finally threaten to sue them. All it said was it had been shipped. And when you go to tracking it gives you no information. At this point I'm definitely sure it is a scam.
