How can I hold my mail in Beijing post office? I post it 2 days ago and do not receive any payment.
I sold my camera for my tution fee. Please help me to keep my mail.

Do you know when will it be available in Beijing? Will it still be deliver on Saturday. Australia post can only help if it is in Beijing already

Not sure when it will be in Beijing. You can track it everyday from Australia Post website or this website. Once it's in Beijing, there is be update in tracking system. I'll help you track as well.

The tracking number show this text. Is there any way to contact the office, tell them to withdraw this and send back to Australia?? Please help me since Auspost is not working on weekend, there is no way I can contact China, I cannot reach the phone number 11183, and 11185 only speak Chinese which I cannot speak.

Sorry Nghi,
You can only call China Post by yourself and tell them your request. They don't accept other people's request if the package is not theirs. After you call 11183, you can press 8 to get English service.

Hi Nghi,
The package has been successfully returned to Australia on Nov. 10. I think you will get it soon.

It's currently on its way to China. Can I call them now to hold or have to wait until it is in China?
Also is there a country code that I have to dial to call 11183?
Please help! I've already told Aus Post but because they close on the weekend I'm worried that it will be delivered.

Sorry to hear that. This parcel has left Australia on Nov. 3 and on the way to Beijing, China now. You'd better contact Australia Post to tell them your need as soon as possible.
