My name is Zahid Saeed and i want to buy some products from china manufacturer so i need to confirm if i can create a collection request through China Post for my order pick up directly from manufacturing facility?

Hi Zahid Saeed,

You can require manufacturer to contact China Post to send it to you.

I had some goods delivered through China Post and the customer has the goods. Does China Post provide proof of delivery documents? I need a copy to show that the buyer has received her goods but the tracking information has not updated since the customer received. How can I get this copy from China Post?
