My shoes i bought from acbuy has been at the customs for 2 weeks and idk what to do. Tracking says retained for inspection. Do i get the shoes or not. And can i get my money back

If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get refund from the seller in time.
