The deadline to submit files at the Chinese University of 26 march.and What should I do in order for the documents to be sent before the 26th date?
Can I pay for expediting the dispatch of documents?

It's already in China now. You can call China Post customer hotline (11185) to ask if you could pay for expediting the dispatch of documents.
