Can we call China Customs directly to ask about the package?

Hi Daisy,
I'm very sorry to bother you once again. Can my wife call China Customs directly to ask if the package I sent from New York has arrived? USPS has told me that the package left New York, November 8 2018. It is already one month since I gave the package to USPS. Can you provide the phone number of Chinese Customs so that my wife can call them to ask about the package? I really appreciate it. Once again, the package has the Customs Dispatch # UH014194156US and was to be delivered to my wife who is now in Chengdu, Sichuan at this address:

My parcel ..... tracking no LA988294765CN ..... was sent by China Post to the UK. The parcel was tracked to the UK on 16th May then completely disappeared. It has therefore not been delivered to me. Please help/

It was delivered by airline on May 27 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It's not stuck in customs. It's still in transit and hasn't arrives in China. Once it arrives, there will be update. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It's retained by the customs now. To my experience, it should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

You'd better let the receiver in China check his phone message to see if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

I have a package being returned to the seller in China. But it is being held in customs in Guangzhou. It was shipped by USPS. Tracking # LH148939205US. It's been held in customs for quite some time. China Customs don't reply questions about packages to individuals. As the carrier who is in charge of delivering the package in China is China Post, you can only contact China Post to check.
