the plane with my parcel landed july 21 and then "arrived at place of destination" august 5th in toronto, canada. delivery address is in st. pascal, ontario, canada. there are no updates since august 5th. my tracking number reveals no results when i inquire with a canada post employee saying the tracking number is not valid. please tell me where my package is & tracking number i can give to canada post for a search. thank you for your assistance.

Package sent from China Post to Canada, Tracking number AQ014970963CN says it was delivered & signed but Canada Post doesn't have any information on that Tracking number. Cam you provide me with an alternate Tracking number or what courier service transported my package within Canada, please? Thank you, Rick

Hi, I sent a return package via Canada post from Canada to China (Suzhou). The package is now being held by custom, as it seems that tax is required to be paid. There is a language barrier between the seller and I, but the seller seems to be confused as to what to do. The last tracking says that material is needed from the addressee.
