Canada-China tracking via Canada Post- Suzhou delay

Hi, I sent a return package via Canada post from Canada to China (Suzhou). The package is now being held by custom, as it seems that tax is required to be paid. There is a language barrier between the seller and I, but the seller seems to be confused as to what to do. The last tracking says that material is needed from the addressee.

The tracking number is EE222687048CA

Hello. I order item from AliExpress. There has been no change in shipping status since July 14, 2021. Canada Post tracking says:

International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada

AliExpress tracking on website says item has reached destination and is in transit. Can you please let me know where package is and how much more delay? From China to Canada? Thanks so much.

Hello, my package has been stuck at Suzhou. Tracking is not moving, has been saying “leave Suzhou Processing Centre. Next stop: Suzhou International.” since July 27. Please help. I want to know if the package is en route to Canada or it is waiting for a flight. Tracking: UJ561598277CN Thanks.
