Can't figure out what's going on with my parcel

Hi! This is my tracking number : RY856717054CN
It's been a month now but it's shuttling between two cities.
Please help me to understand this situation so I may go ahead for a refund on AliExpress if needed. But if it's going to arrive then I'll wait...

You'd better extend the scheduled time on AliExpress and wait some more days to check again. It may be exported successfully finally. If it still shows back to Shenzhen, ask for refund.
