My package is stuck at customs for over a week now can you guys give me some information in depth on whats really going on, and what i can do ! and by the way i live in morocco in a south side city so there is no customs department here so ican go and figure it out the department is on the north side of country

My tracking number is AQ849392468CN and says it is in customs. Where exactly is that and how long should I expect it to take to deliver to my house in New York?
