RG014302425CN Still has not arrived. Have not received update even though shipping claims it arrived in Canada a month ago and is still somehow still in transit

I have been going through hell trying to find my package that is suppose to be shipped to me by China Post 3 weeks ago and I was suppose to get the package 2 days after I ordered it and I can not seem to figure out how to track it through you guys I can't even call to talk to someone cause I can't find a number to contact you guys.
