Where is my package?

Where is my package? My tracking details has not been updated since the 31st and today is the 13th, i should’ve received my package by now, where is my stuff ?? I can’t find a number to contact EMS to find out where my package is and what’s the hold up

Hi HTE,

Is it sent by EMS or e-packet? They are slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when they arrive. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
