Can't find my package on Spring Valley Post Office (AQ324430881CN)

Hello. I'm trying to find my package delivered on06/15/2022 to Spring Valley New York Post Office. Package hasn't been delivered to my address 48 Creekside Circle, Spring Valley NY 10977
I visited the Post Office last Saturday 06/18/2022, but the tracking number is not available on USPS tracking system.

Can you provide some more information for the package? Do you have an additional tracking number for USPS? Thanks

Can someone help me find out where is my package and how to get it delivered? The seller does not speak English and only answer with "copy-paste" templates.
According to the tracking in formation for the package HJYTE2133991348YQ it is

Destination, Item ready for pick up at a Post Office collection point against a notice of arrival or item code"
I have contacted my local post office and they do not have any packages for me. Does any one know how to find more information about my package? Or, maybe, someone know how to contact HJYT form outside Chine (e-mail, for example, because they only have some Chinese qq messenger and a phone number)?
