Can't get past a "Check Code" Screen?

Tracking # LS543437300CN, bring up a window with "Check Code QqF9 then Track", but I wasn't given a check code, so that is as far as I can get Tracking the package?

Thank you for reflecting the problem. Sometime, it's caused by the slow connection speed. We'll test this again.

When was the parcel sent? We check it for you and found there was no tracking result at present. The reasons may: it's a wrong tracking number or it was just sent out within one or two days that the carriers haven't input the information in the tracking system. We'll check it again for you few days later.
