Hi dorthy,

It may be a scam. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

In June I ordered a bread maker off Facebook. Today, 12 Aug I received a gold coloured ring (not real gold, and far to big to fit a finger, 2cm) it had the proper tracking number from China,. We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.
