My box size is 70cm*40cm*50cm
The real weight of the box is 11kg.
Do you use real weight or dimensional weight?

It's calculated by weight.

Sorry, the exact size and weight couldn't be known through the tracking number. You need to contact the seller to ask. It should ba a package less than 2kg.

I need to ship bicycle in two cartons: 104*18,5*60cm and 109*22,5*47cm. The carton weight is about 8kg for each. In local China Post office they said they are not allowed to ship bicycles. Did they try to mislead me? Is this carton size is OK to be shipped by China Post?
