Yes, China Post could ship cartons from Guangzhou to Argentina via surface-air. The maximum weight allowance is 20kg. It's 157.5CNY for the first 1kg and 46.2CNY for each additional 1kg. You could add an insurance to the shipment price. Just for your reference. Better go to the post office near your place to require to make sure.
