China EMS epacket failed to deliver. Very important for my business, please help

Hi. Can you help me look up this package: AS724141381CN , its very important for my business and if possible i would like to pay extra for a re-ship to my address (lookes like the package is heading back to China). I dont know what went wrong, it has always worked before. I told the seller to ship in another way but he said this way would work better (thru Netherlands and to Sweden). I called every company in Sweden and they said it never entered the country, i dont understand - i paid a lot for this and it has always worked before. I would be happy to pay extra for your help and for re-ship!
