China post shipment no delivered

Hello,
I purchased an item that shipped from China to the USA (Redmond WA) with tracking number: YT2032821272124793. It looks like China Post transferred it to Ship24 and I have not received it even though it says delivered. Are you able to help me with contacting Ship24 delivery service? They have not responded to my emails.
