China Post tracking # AG597851979CN

|

Originally the package was expected to deliver from Nov 2-15. Then, on Nov 15, the status changed to Nov 16-19. I checked the status on Nov 15, 16,17 respectively and it said Nov 18-21. Yesterday (Nov 20), the status suddenly changed to "delivered on Nov 9". I double checked with my building concierge and there is no package. Please advise what is going on. Thanks.

Hi Feodora Chan,

According to the tracking information, AG597851979CN was delivered on Nov.8. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
