It should have arrived by now. It cleared customs on October 26th. I can get mail from anywhere in the US in that many days. Where is it?

Sent a package to China and getting this:
Sat Oct 3112:29CNShipment is being cleared through Customs in country of destination
Wed Oct 2817:13CNShipment is cleared and forwarded to addressee

It says 28th the shipping is cleared yet on 31st of October it's again sent to being cleared? Almost a month later there's no update on this! How is this possible? Contacted our postal service but they're saying they don't know.

I am awaiting a package that I ordered in late February. The shipping process seemed to go normally until 02/Mar/2023 when it cleared customs and there have been no updates since then. My tracking number is AG281401483CN. I am wondering if I can get an updated or any sort of instruction on what I need to do to get my package or at least an update or contact info for the customs location to inquire if there is an issue.
