I have a concern about my personal info I sent to China Post AND now the information is out to the public. My wife posted my name to see what was out to the public via the web and to our suprise the personal information for delivery of a package on December 2nd, 2021 is out for everyone in the world to see. I did NOT give direction to my house and phone # for you to post it to the world. YOU were having a hard time delivering my package, so I sent CHINA POST information for delivery. I am upset that in my TRUST (to your company) that your company would keep this confidential information PRIVATE! NOT out to everyone to see. What I would like:
1) I do want you to remove this information to the public.
2) Delete it from your end
3) Contact me, let me know that you care about your customers...

Since when concrete, China Post as mail transporter, decided to return to someone my personal belonging recorded in my personal name?
Is China Post aware that handling my personal belonging to someone else is treated by the Criminal Code as thief/pickpocket?
Has China Post the authority to handle someone's belonging recorded in it's personal name
to a street stranger?

How should a shipment of several parcels containing personal used items, be documented to ensure that the accepting customs is informed that this is intended as a tax exempt delivery of used personal items?

How does the post office assist the non professional sender to comply with this requirements?
