Confirmation item has left China

Hello Daisy,
I have read the previous questions and your answers. I understand that there is no update once the item is in transit and it can take 30-60 days.
However when I look at the last tracking edit, it indicates (when using translation) that the item was "Shanghai, delivered to the carrier for transportation" on the 21/01 or 上海市, 已交承运商运输.
It does not indicate if it has left China. Can you please confirm the item CP426696332CN has been shipped?

Hi Ashley,

To my experience, it's still in Shanghai now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I placed an order for an item from WISH, which was dispatched on July 22, 2020. There were numerous tracking updates up until August 8, when it said “Arrive at Depature Transit Hub” and ever since the item has not moved or left the country.

My item arrived on the 9.4.25 and is awaiting customs declaration by the receiver/addressee, I don't want to push my way in, but is there any possible way the adressee can be contacted somehow and collect the item. The tracking number is LK236904754Au.
