Constant source of woe

Hi, I already got ripped off for a parcel of germicidal lights and I had ordered a parcel of adapters to go with the globes I had bought, I found that the aliexpress seller who stole my money over the germicidal lights purchase supplied me with the tracking number for my other purchase from a different supplier on aliexpress for the dispute, which was subsequently closed in their favor. They sent me emoji messages of [sob]. Now I find that this parcel of adapters looks like it will vanish, according to the tracking app "shop" it is being redirected back to Guangdong. Can you please check it and furthermore launch an investigation.

Hi Rigngag,

You can open a dispute to get refund if you couldn't receive it in time.
