I didn’t receive it because I asked to be shipped back to the source but when I track the shipment, I can’t see any updates. Can you update it please

Hi Nouf,

As it's in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Post is in charge of delivering it back to China. You need to contact Saudi Post to check why it still not moves.

I have a shipment from chine with reference number;
LZ108979087CN
It says it shipped around June 1, 202, but it never arrived in Canada. Delivery time was supposed to be 26 days maximum, but I suspect it would longer given the Virus state we are in.
The website all say the same thing. "Item was shipped on June 1, and is in transit.
Any additional info would be appreciated, as the seller does not seem to be able to source the item's location.
