i have just received a parcel from an unknown source in china which i didnt order..what do i do ..who do i contact and how have they been paid??

Hi paul dulake,

If you are not charged, just keep it. It should be brushing scam from a seller. It's sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product.

I ordered on 27 November.
Website says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London and take 6 - 10 days. However, if you pay for Express shipping, you will receive the order in 3 - 6 days.
I paid for express shipping.
When I got notification that the order was despatched, it stated that the order was coming from China.
I followed the parcel, using the tracker.
After a few days, the tracker showed that the parcel was out for delivery at 2130 on 5 December.
When I checked the tracker on 7 December, it said the parcel was delivered at 2304 on 6 December.
I have not left the house all week, and my security cameras have not recorded anyone coming to the house. Nor have any of my neighbours received my parcel.
Where is my parcel?

How did they get my details?
And why would they send me a fake Cartier ring?
How can I ensure this does not happen again please?
