where is my package

Hi

I placed an order online and I received tracking number RS299175867CN

I can only track this on the 03.11.2016 - it is now the 09.11.2016 and the parcel says its still in china

can you please help and tell me where the parcel is and if so why is it still in china?

Hi Sara,

It's not in China now. On Oct. 3, it has passed the custom check and headed for New Zealand. As there is no update now, it means it's still in process of transit. You should wait for more days for its arrival. I'll help you track and inform you here once it's in New Zealand.

Lastest tracking details show your parcel has been in Auckland Exchange Bureau on Nov. 16. New Zealand Post will deliver it to you in the next few days.
