Is it normal to not have an update for this long or has something gone wrong with this package?

Tracking number given to me was originally "RK524248484CN" but that does not work. A website instead suggested "03608717102" which seems to correspond to the correct package.
Not entirely sure if that is the correct one though.

Hello, I posted a returne item on May 11 and it was dispatched on May 12. On May 25, time stamp 00:00 the trcking data shows "Delivery" and "CHINA POST".
Is this normal?
