Possibly lost/stuck package

Re-posting this due to me accidentally pressing submit last time.
Is it normal to not have an update for this long or has something gone wrong with this package?
Tracking number given to me was originally "RK524248484CN" but that does not work. A website instead suggested "03608717102" which seems to correspond to the correct package.
Not entirely sure if that is the correct one though.

03608717102 is sent out from Changzhou city. This is sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and couldn't be tracked after it left China. You'd better check if the sender is in Changzhou city to judge if it's the correct one. Or contact the sender to ask for the correct one.
