My package with tracking number RE172312368CN got stuck in Beijing. The last available tracking record is dated Dec-31, 2020: "Beijing, leave the Beijing International Tianyu Processing Center, the next stop ,Beijing Terminal (transit)". I would highly appreciate it if you find out why the package got stuck (or, possibly, it was lost?). Is there any hope that the package will be delivered?

A book has been sent to me from Slovenia. I live in Shanghai. On the 18th May the package arrived in Shanghai, then it was transferred to Beijing. It has been stuck in Beijing since the 18th May. Is this normal? Should I just keep waiting? Below is its transportation history.

Hello - my package LY187705658CN has been apparently stuck at the Guangzhou Airport since 4/29. There has not been any progress on the tracking information since this date. Is there any way to push it along? Or is there any thing that can be done? I understand that there's going to be delays due to COVID-19, but more than a month seems excessive. Thanks.
