The tracking info given is incorrect. If you track on ltexp you get real time data. Tracking number 92612903396155000107721850. Is there a way to contact the freight department of the shenzhen airport? Please help.

It's hard for you to contact the shenzhen airport. To my experience, it's still waiting the flight to the USA now. As it's shipped by Itexp by the sender, you need to require the sender to contact Itexp to check what happends to it.
