EPacket Stuck at Shenzhen 2 1/2 months

Hi, have had an urgent order stuck at Shenzhen airport Accepted by the carrier awaiting departure with no further update since mid March. My tracking number isLX054992114CN. Can anyone out there with mandarin see if they can find out for me please? Mike

Hi Mike H,

It should haveleft China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after delivered to air transport. I suggest you wait for anothr week to see if there is any update for it. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi, these 2 epacket packages seem to be stuck for a very long time and have never had this before. Tracking: LV271113010CN and LV249485353CN with one of these has not been delivered in about 3 months now. I contacted the seller but says I just need to still await until it updates.
