Coronavirus delay?

When I read about the Coronavirus Epidemic at the top of the page it says and I go to April 3 it says this Due to the local government ’s efforts to strengthen epidemic prevention and control, recent delivery time and service quality cannot be guaranteed for the time being for packages to France, Czech Republic, Grenada, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Sweden and Denmark. International mail sent to the above countries will be subject to different degree of influence. For how many days will it get delayed to arrive to Saudi Arabia or will it still arrive this month? Tracking Number RE020339549CN

Does this mean my package is lost or gone? It's been like this since (tracker states) 6 in the morning, but was suppose to be delivered today.
