couldn't find my package

I got a tracking number that the seller provided to me for an item that I ordered almost 2 months ago. I "copy and paste" the number to the package tracking, but "Not found". The tracking number is "UM239798003US". I was wondering why I couldn't track it, and why it has been almost 2 months and still not delivered.

Hi slu,

I don't get any tracking information as well. As you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
