CP426883595CN. Where is this parcel and why hasn't it updated since December 23?

I ordered a package from China on October 29th and still haven't received it. The last update I got was plane entered Hong Kong on December 23. I either want to know where my parcel is or I want a refund

Hi Caden321,

It's in transit and hasn't been arrived. It's sent by a cheap way and usually takes about 3 months to be delivered. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
