Define "Aurora has been cast"

What does it mean when my tracking says "Aurora has been cast"? I live in Aurora, IL USA. However, I have not yet received my package. Tracking #AQ521358826CN. Your tracking says "delivered" but I do not have it. I have tried to track with the USPS system but was told that my tracking # is not valid. At this point, I am thinking that I may have been scammed. Please advise.
