I have an order to come to Brazil, but it's been about three weeks now that the status was updated only once... while other orders I made from the same place arrived within three weeks when this other one doesn't update. Two others arrived in 15 days and this one has been stopped for 15 days

Airline start shipping on November 13. It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Brazil after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
