Delayed package

Could I have an update and the package with mail number LP009921837CN. It has been in transit for 27 days now. May I know when it will leave China for Singapore? I read that it should only take 5-10 days.

Hi Jon,

It didn't pass the check on Nov.19 and is delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
