I ordered my parcel and I think it’s delayed

Hi there I ordered this package from China LZ434043598CN the seller says it’s delayed and to just be patient I was wondering if you could check if it is delayed this would mean the world to me as it’s a sentimental package and if you could tell me how long till I receive it I would be so grateful

Hi Gracie,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was handed over to the carrier transport. As it has been over two months, it may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get a solution.

I ordered 3 items back in March (23rd March) and was given my tracking number: LH808763805CN. It’s been 2 months since I ordered and I haven’t received my parcel and according to Aus Post it was “cleared and awaiting international departure” on the 28 March but China Post it said was “handed over to airlines” on the 30 March.
