Delivered parcel?

My parcel number is AM104800772CN which as of this morning states it was delivered and signed for. However i have not received it nor signed for it. I cannot contact anyone as all numbers say it's unrecognised and email accounts no one answers. I need to know where my parcel is

Checked with company about my parcel they say it’s delivered gone on your site order number DU9100459889YM says delivered but it had not I have cctv front back and door to my property and no parcel arrived
