Are you able to provide me with the address or a picture of where my parcel was delivered please? It says delivered 4 days ago but it is nowhere to be found.

Hi meganhazeldean,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I would appreciate it if you could help me locate my package. Thanks to the parcel tracking system I found out that my parcel has been delivered on the 09th of August. As I don't have it I am interested to know where exactly it was delivered to?
