Parcel marked as delivered but my PO BOX dont found

My parcel ZC55587407299 show delivered 9/1/26 Delivered[US FL MIAMI, FL, US 33172] but i dont received. Do you have the USPS tracking or other tracking number to identify the parcel?

Hi delrioh,

We don't have new tracking number for it. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is one. In normal, if you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either. I don't know what carrier is supposed to have delivered it to my address e.g FedEx, UPS, etc. Can you please assist me as the company I bought from are not helping.
