Delivered to wrong address.

Package under Tracking#: LS336061265CN was delivered by USPS to wrong box. USPS referred refund/claim for full refund of order# 113-0281933-5089829 to China Post.

Please advise as to how to proceed.

Hi [email protected],

You need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible.

I have had two packages within the last two weeks to be delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS one package was delivered in Brooklyn NY the other Rosharon TX for DHGATE Seller. This makes no sense i will NOT be ordering again any time soon. I paid for items delivered to unknown persons.

Hi,
I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

My address was correct triple checked it says pennsylvania someone put wrong address and it's being delivered to Florida LR053638130CN is the tracking number I waited almost a month for this and now it's being delivered to wrong area
