What does out-of-home delivery mean? I did not receive a package and would like to have an update on where it is.

Hi Wgood,

out of home delivery means it's on the way to your home now. It should be delivered to your home on the day or the next day. If you don't receive it in time, you need to contact your local courier to check what happens to it.
