Hi my parcel destination supposedly Israel to Philippines. Thank you

I ordered something in AliExpress. As per the seller, shipment process started at March 28, 2020 with reference number UW569602848CN.

I have checked chinapost and 17track and it says destination unknown. So I changed the destination to Philpost as I live here in the Philippines.

Maybe anyone from you guys can update me where my shipment is and what is the status? I bought 2 playing cards.

When do you expect to add the Philippines to your ePacket? We have lots of potential customers in the Philippines but with a longer shipment (almost 60 days), we are losing a lot of potential business. If we are losing business so does your manufacturer and suppliers that we work within dropshipping. Considering the Philippines is very close proximity to China, there's should be an ePacket to the Philippines. Also, the Philippines as one of the strongest economies second to China, the potential to do more business is promising. So as an urgent request, please offer ePacket to the Philippines.
