Details why it says to be returned to sender

Dear Sir or Madam,
the tracking for my package (CY010962167CN) states unspecifically, that it can't be ship and is returned to the sender. The package was send by me to me as I was supposed to leave China. Hence, the sender (me) isn't in China anymore.
First, the tracking didn't state whether it got delivered back to my old Chinese address or where it is now. So, where is it currently?
Second, please tell me the exact reason, why it wasn't transported to my German address. (A second package send at the same time arrived successfully on October 8.)
Third, please tell me how to proceed further to get this package (CY010962167CN) delivered to Germany, too.

It should be returned back to the sender's address you filled when you ship it. As you are in Germany now, for the reason of returning back, you need to contact DHL Paket to check it for you. If you want this package, you need a friend in China to help you pick it up and send it to you again.
